I am a Human Resources Professional specializing in non-profits, arts organizations, and small businesses, partnering with clients to understand their needs, providing expertise in communications, employee relations, benefits, HCM systems, leadership development, and training. Managing through ups and downs while keeping a sense of perspective and humor, I lead complex projects to successful completion by removing obstacles, managing risk, and building consensus with key stakeholders. Strategic skills include organizational analysis, risk mitigation, and change management.
