My background
I started my career in non-profit program development and management and was encouraged to transition into human resources by my organization's executive director. Over fifteen years later, I have managed nearly every aspect of HR.
While I've worked in multiple sectors, my passion is helping non-profits, arts organizations, and small businesses meet their complex needs. I am familiar with the nuances of multiple arts union contracts including AEA, SAG/AFTRA, SDC, and DC 37; the type of 1-on-1 support smaller organizations pride themselves on providing to employees; and the delicate balance required of practitioners.
